Rowton Hall Hotel

Our stay at Rowton Hall Hotel and Spa was an exceptional experience, enhanced by an unexpected and fortunate upgrade. Upon arrival, we checked in smoothly and were directed to our room on the third floor. However, as we made our way, we heard loud drippings on the second floor. My curiosity led me to investigate, and I discovered a burst water pipe causing a major leak from the roof down to the floors below, including our room.

I quickly informed the staff, who initially appeared confused but swiftly sprang into action. The burst pipe had flooded our room, turning it into a sauna, and the water had cascaded down to the lower floors. Despite the chaos, the receptionist handled the situation with impressive professionalism, promptly upgrading us to their luxurious apartment suites.

Our new accommodation was beyond our expectations, featuring a private bathroom, a cozy lounge, and a spacious bedroom. The elegant decor and comfort of the suite made our stay incredibly enjoyable. Additionally, we were pleased to secure the on-site EV charger, which cost only £9 for a full night’s charge—quite a deal!

Though I was curious about what our original room would have been like, the upgrade and excellent service made our stay at Rowton Hall Hotel and Spa truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional hospitality and comfortable accommodations.
